My best advice to all single men and women in Vancouver is for god’s sake go buy an umbrella, get outdoors and socialize, at least give it a shot. You will not get anywhere sitting at home whining that all the good ones are taken. As a personal Matchmaker, I can attest that there are tons of available great men and women out there. They are not hanging out at the bars, most of those guys or girls you really don’t want anyways…sorry if I just insulted a few bar regulars out there. Try activities that you know the opposite sex enjoys. Ladies you will probably not find a man hanging out at dance classes, but hiking clubs, yes ,there are tons there (fit healthy ones). Men you might actually want to try a dance class here and there, ladies love to dance (have you seen a dancer’s body). I think you get my drift, think like the opposite sex and make sure that you are positive, smiling and open. My advice again is be brave, what is the worst that could happen? You might just discover a really nice available partner, make new friends and get in a little exercise while you are at it. It’s all good. Spring is here and hope springs eternal.
